Requirements
What we're looking for
Master's degree
Postgraduate training in Human Resources or Project Management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources consulting.
Minimum 5 years of participation in consulting projects regarding competency management and job definition.
Availability to attend occasional in-person meetings in Seville.
Nice to have
More than 10 years of experience in project coordination and HR consulting.
Track record in competency management, organizational analysis, and job description projects.
Experience in consulting projects for public administrations or public sector organizations.
Ability to communicate with clients and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
