Due to the significant growth experienced in the Building | WSP sector, we are looking to enhance the capabilities of our Residential | WSP teams by incorporating a Technical Architect.

You will join a multidisciplinary team that embodies our company's core values: solidarity, passion for complex and large-scale projects, and a spirit of innovation and friendliness.

Your main duties will include developing, in collaboration with other team members, all technical documentation associated with projects —including measurements and budgets, health and safety studies, waste management studies, reports, summaries, and technical specifications— as well as signing and assuming the construction management roles assigned to you (SRC on behalf of WSP), performing the duties of a technical architect or building engineer in construction management and their corresponding professional responsibilities.

We are looking for a profile with a degree in Technical Architecture or Building Engineering, with more than five years of experience, who has knowledge of specific software such as Presto, Cost-It, Revit, and AutoCAD, as well as a solid command of technical and urban planning regulations.

Additionally, holding the corresponding professional accreditation will be essential.

Dentro de tus funciones principales estarán el desarrollo, en colaboración con otros miembros del equipo, de toda la documentación técnica asociada a los proyectos —incluyendo mediciones y presupuestos, estudios de seguridad y salud, estudios de gestión de residuos, memorias, informes y especificaciones técnicas—, así como la firma y asunción de las direcciones de ejecución de obra que te correspondan (SRC por parte de WSP), desempeñando las labores propias de arquitecto técnico o ingeniero de la edificación en la dirección de ejecución y sus correspondientes responsabilidades profesionales.

Buscamos un perfil con titulación en Arquitectura Técnica o Ingeniería de la Edificación, con más de cinco años de experiencia, que cuente con conocimientos en software específico como Presto, Cost-It, Revit y AutoCAD, así como un dominio sólido de la normativa técnica y urbanística.

Además, será imprescindible estar en posesión de la colegiación profesional correspondiente.
