Due to strong growth in our Building | WSP area in Madrid, and within the Clean Tech and Manufacturing | WSP area, we are looking to bring on board a Document Controller with experience supporting project and construction management tasks, motivated to develop their skills in industrial plant projects, and with an advanced level of Chinese.

What will you do with us? What will your role be?

You will be part of WSP's industrial projects team, collaborating on the development and execution of complex projects for sectors such as the pharmaceutical industry, battery plants, data centers, semiconductors, laboratories, and other high-tech facilities.

You will be responsible for planning, document control, progress tracking, and economic control of projects, ensuring that resources, deadlines, and costs are aligned with established objectives. Your role will be key to ensuring efficient and coordinated execution throughout all project phases, from bid preparation to final delivery.

Among your main duties will be document management and traceability of project information, planning and tracking schedules, cost and resource control, preparing reports for clients and project management, change management, and supporting project and construction activities through collaborative platforms and specialized tools.

We will also value:

• Knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and/or Presto.

• Experience with document management tools and BIM environments (ACC, BIM 360, Aconex, AutoCAD, or Revit).

• Experience on construction sites and supporting engineering and project management teams.

• English level C1 and Chinese level HSK 6.

• Availability for occasional travel, both domestic and international.

Our selection process

1. Phone interview: A brief first conversation to get to know you better and discuss your experience and expectations.

3. Final interview: You will speak with the Business Unit Management about your potential role and how it aligns with our strategic vision.

We are looking for professionals with a Higher Degree in Administration and Finance or similar, although we will also value other technical profiles, with the ability to speak Chinese, who bring at least 4 years of experience in planning, document control, and cost control in industrial, engineering, or construction projects.

Debido al fuerte crecimiento en nuestra área de Edificación | WSP en Madrid, y dentro del área de Clean Tech y Manufacturing | WSP, buscamos incorporar a un/a Document controller con experiencia en el apoyo en tareas de gestión de proyectos y obras con motivación para desarrollar sus capacidades en proyectos de plantas industriales, y nivel avanzado de chino.

¿Qué harás con nosotros? ¿Cuál será tu rol?

Formarás parte del equipo de proyectos industriales de WSP, colaborando en el desarrollo y ejecución de proyectos complejos para sectores como la industria farmacéutica, plantas de baterías, centros de datos, semiconductores, laboratorios y otras instalaciones de alta tecnología.

Serás responsable de la planificación, el control documental, el seguimiento del progreso y el control económico de los proyectos, asegurando que recursos, plazos y costes estén alineados con los objetivos establecidos. Tu papel será clave para garantizar una ejecución eficiente y coordinada durante todas las fases del proyecto, desde la preparación de ofertas hasta su entrega final.

Entre tus principales funciones estarán la gestión documental y la trazabilidad de la información del proyecto, la planificación y seguimiento de cronogramas, el control de costes y recursos, la elaboración de informes para clientes y dirección de proyecto, la gestión de cambios y el apoyo a las actividades de proyecto y obra mediante plataformas colaborativas y herramientas especializadas.

Además, valoraremos:

• Conocimientos de Primavera P6, MS Project y/o Presto.

• Experiencia en herramientas de gestión documental y entornos BIM (ACC, BIM 360, Aconex, AutoCAD o Revit).

• Experiencia en obra y soporte a equipos de ingeniería y dirección de proyecto.

• Nivel de inglés C1 y nivel de chino HSK 6.

• Disponibilidad para realizar viajes puntuales, tanto nacionales como internacionales.
