Document Controller with Chinese

We are looking for professionals with a Higher Degree in Administration and Finance or similar; however, we will value other technical profiles, with the ability to speak Chinese, who bring at least 4 years of experience in planning, document control, and cost control in industrial, engineering, or construction projects.

Additionally, we will value:

• Knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project and/or Presto.

• Experience in document management tools and BIM environments (ACC, BIM 360, Aconex, AutoCAD or Revit).

• Experience in construction sites and support to engineering and project management teams.

• C1 level English, and we will positively value an HSK 6 level of Chinese.

• Availability to undertake occasional travel, both nationally and internationally.

Due to the strong growth in our Buildings | WSP area in Madrid, and within the Clean Tech and Manufacturing | WSP area, we are looking to hire a Document Controller with experience supporting project and construction management tasks, who is motivated to develop their skills in industrial plant projects.

You will be part of WSP's industrial projects team, collaborating on the development and execution of complex projects for sectors such as the pharmaceutical industry, battery plants, data centers, semiconductors, laboratories, and other high-tech facilities.

What will you do with us? What will your role be?

You will be responsible for planning, document control, progress monitoring, and the economic control of projects, ensuring that resources, deadlines, and costs are aligned with established objectives. Your role will be key to guaranteeing efficient and coordinated execution during all phases of the project, from tender preparation to final delivery.

Among your main functions will be document management and project information traceability, schedule planning and monitoring, cost and resource control, the preparation of reports for clients and project management, change management, and support for project and construction activities through collaborative platforms and specialized tools.
