Essential requirements:

• Demonstrable experience of more than 8 years in the railway infrastructure sector.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit for structural modeling and family management.
• Experience in the generation and coordination of 3D reinforcement.
• Knowledge of BIM methodologies and their application in large-scale projects.
• Ability for BIM coordination between different disciplines.
• Experience in the application of sustainability criteria in BIM projects.
• Skill in the management and debugging of BIM models.

• Exhaustive modeling and review of structural models (pillars, slabs, beams, footings, walls, etc.) using Autodesk Revit, ensuring precision and compliance with standards.
• Creation, modeling, and review of complex structural families (slabs, footings, beams, walls, construction details, reinforcement, etc.) in Revit.
• Detailed generation, review, and coordination of 3D reinforcement, guaranteeing correct representation and constructability.
• Rigorous application of sustainable BIM design criteria in complex projects, contributing to efficiency and positive environmental impact.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit for all BIM tasks associated with the position, including data management and workflow optimization.
• Use of CAD tools at specific times for information integration and compatibility; this experience is a plus.
• Comprehensive preparation, debugging, and management of the BIM model, facilitating the generation of plans, detailed reports, and high-quality deliverables.
• Act as a key link in BIM coordination between different disciplines (architecture, structures, MEP, civil engineering), promoting collaboration and efficiency.
• Proactive review of BIM documentation as a fundamental part of the quality control process and the assurance of project excellence.
• Active participation in internal and client meetings, providing solid technical knowledge, great coordination capacity, and innovative solutions.
