Product Trainer – Wood Division

• Carpenter or wood sector professional.

• Product trainer or demonstrator.

• Experience in a distribution company within the wood sector.

• Sales representative specializing in wood or related technical products.

• Vocational Training (FP II) or Higher Degree in Wood or similar.

• Engineering (highly valued).

• Training in Marketing.

• Responsible, organized, and autonomous person.

• Very good communicator, with people skills.

• Dynamic, proactive, and participative.

• Ability to work in a team and learn continuously.

• Flexibility to travel and adapt to different environments.

At Würth, we are looking for someone from the wood sector who wants to take the next step in their career: becoming a technical benchmark, training other professionals, and helping our sales network and customers work better every day.

If you come from the world of carpentry, distribution, technical sales, or have already conducted product training/demonstrations, this project is for you.

You will be a key piece in the development of the Wood Division business. Your work will consist of designing, planning, and executing technical training that helps the sales network and customers get the most out of our products and solutions.

It is not just about teaching product, but about conveying knowledge, experience, and best practices from the sector.

• Design and plan training modules aligned with the division's marketing plan.

• Deliver technical training to the sales network (in-person and online).

• Accompany sales representatives in the field to reinforce product knowledge.

• Support the Wood Division Marketing team.

• Participate in training sessions with suppliers and Würth Group companies.

• Occasionally conduct training for customers.

• Participate in national and international meetings and training sessions.

• Manage training subsidy requests.

• Workplace: Palau-solità i Plegamans (Barcelona).

• Standard schedule: 8:00 to 17:30 (flexible depending on travel).

• Availability to travel throughout Spain and, occasionally, abroad.
