Night Receptionist

H10 Hotels needs to hire a Night Receptionist to work at the H10 Madison, in Barcelona

The duties to be performed will be:

- Customer service.

- Check-in, check-out and reservation management.

- Telephone and email support

- Monitoring and resolution of customer complaints

- Management of agency credits

- Personalised advice

- Support with the tasks inherent to the night audit

- Availability for the night shift

- Immediate availability

- A responsible person, with the ability to resolve incidents and a vocation for customer service.

- High level of English. Other languages will be valued

- Previous experience in hotels on rotating shifts.

- Knowledge of SAP

Las funciones a desarrollar serán:

- Atención al cliente.

- Check in, check out y gestión de reservas.

- Atención telefónica y email

- Seguimiento y resolución de quejas de clientes

- Gestión de créditos de agencias

- Asesoramiento personalizado

- Apoyo en las tareas propias de la auditoría de noche

- Disponibilidad en turno de noche

- Disponibilidad inmediata

- Persona responsable, con capacidad para resolver incidencias y vocación por la atención al cliente.

- Nivel alto de inglés. Se valorarán otros idiomas

- Experiencia previa en hoteles en turnos variables.

- Conocimientos de SAP
