We are looking for a Business Manager (BM) for Agent Recruitment for the Bilbao Territorial Directorate, with a key role in the development, revitalization, and growth of an agent network. The position aims to guarantee the achievement of commercial objectives in the Individuals, Companies, and Life businesses, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.

What you'll do

What will your main responsibilities be?

Lead, manage, and develop an assigned panel of agents, driving their growth and professionalization, and ensuring the fulfillment of commercial objectives under criteria of profitability and quality.

Your role combines commercial management, people development, and strategic business vision:

Agent recruitment and management:

  • Identify, attract, and select new agents for the network.
  • Evaluate candidates and formalize their onboarding.
  • Guarantee an adequate operational startup for new agents.
