-Guarantee a sufficient and qualified agent network in your area, managing integrations, successions, and the development of their commercial and professional potential.
-Develop and apply the MPA methodology within the network, monitoring production, controlling the portfolio, and conducting commercial visits.
-Increase agency activity, conducting visits to clients and prospects to increase the volume of policies, premiums, and client portfolios profitably.
-Motivate, inform, and negotiate with agents, offering the AXA value proposition based on their potential and results.
-Lead digital transformation, promoting the responsible use of technology in a phygital environment.
-Be the agency's main interlocutor with the company, strengthening the relationship and ensuring good market practices.
