Indirect Channel Manager - Basque Country & Cantabria (Telecoms)

• 3-4 years of experience as an ICM, field sales representative, promoter, or similar; we especially value the telco or FMCG/retail sector with point-of-sale management.
• Residency in BASQUE COUNTRY or CANTABRIA
• Previous experience with other operators or in trade marketing/field marketing is valued.
• Knowledge of the indirect channel: distributors, multi-brand, POS management, and incentives.
• Result orientation, autonomy, and route discipline: visit planning, time management, and rigorous reporting.
• Commercial proactivity and the ability to detect business opportunities in the territory.
• Good communication and ability to train and motivate third parties (the POS is not your direct team, but it behaves as such when you activate it).
• Persistence in the face of "no": this is street sales, not passive sales.
• People skills. Excellent appearance and positive attitude.
• Having your own vehicle to access the position will be positively valued, while having a driver's license is mandatory

Important Telecommunications operator, market leader, providing high-speed Internet access services based on Fiber Optics, fixed and mobile telephony, and Television content with more than 45 customer service points distributed throughout the national territory, is looking for an Indirect Channel Manager for direct incorporation into the telecommunications company for the BASQUE COUNTRY - CANTABRIA area.

• Periodically visit the points of sale on your route according to the established planning, covering your entire territory.
• Train POS staff on product, rates, sales processes, and contracting tools.
• Take care of the implementation of POS (signage and materials) and the brand image at each point.
• Dynamize active sales: assist with the sales pitch, resolve objections, and follow up on objectives.
• Detect opportunities for new points of sale in your area and propose them.
• Monitor that the sale is done correctly: quality, commercial policies, and remuneration correctly applied.
• Report route activity, incidents, and results through CRM/digital tools.
• Be the link between the distributor/POS and the central departments.
