The role

Territorial Healthcare Management Manager (GTGS)/ Key Account Manager

Lead the strategic management of the healthcare accounts in their territory, acting as the reference interlocutor for the main stakeholders of the healthcare system within their accounts and coordinating AbbVie's internal resources to guarantee patient access to the company's therapeutic innovation, as well as contributing to healthcare excellence and promoting the sustainability of the healthcare system.

  • Lead, together with the procurement team, the monitoring of tenders, public competitions, and framework agreements.
  • Participate in public openings of files considered strategic.
  • Monitor the impact of tenders on the accounts.
  • Design and drive value projects oriented towards efficiency, health outcomes, and healthcare improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration with healthcare institutions.
  • Implement in the field the value projects developed by the Access and Government Affairs team
  • Coordinate consultants, healthcare managers, clinicians, and internal teams in the execution of projects.
  • Measure the results and impact of the developed initiatives
  • Coordinate returns, logistical incidents, and administrative processes associated with the account.
  • Analyze the economic evolution of the accounts and contribute to the optimization of resources.
  • Collect and share clinical, healthcare, and market insights.

Requirements
