Electromechanical Substation Engineer at HV and MV (Zaragoza, Balearic Islands, Madrid)

We are looking for an engineer for electromechanical installations of HV and MV electrical substations, who will join the Substations T&D work team of the Generation and Networks Unit of BOSLAN to carry out activities such as:
- Performing detailed engineering of electromechanical installations of HV/MV electrical substations (Plants, Sections, Switchgear Assembly, BOQ, etc.).
- Design and implementation of HV/MV electrical substations.
- Review of electromechanical engineering of HV/MV electrical substations.
- Drafting and review of tender documents and technical specifications for the procurement of main equipment for HV/MV substations.
- Performing calculations of metal structures for HV/MV electrical substations.
- Performing calculations of busbars and conductors for HV/MV.
- Performing grounding calculations (grounding grid and earth electrodes).
- Technical support to clients regarding the design of electromechanical installations of HV/MV electrical substations.

The position may be performed on a hybrid basis in any of the following locations: Zaragoza, Balearic Islands, or Madrid.

• Minimum education: Engineering Degree in Electrical or Mechanical specialization.

• Minimum experience of at least 4 years in electromechanical projects for HV/MV substations.

• Knowledge of Spanish electrical regulations.

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D.

• User-level proficiency in CYPE.

• English: B2 level or higher.

Valuable Requirements:
- Knowledge of ENDESA regulations and substation design criteria.
- Knowledge of BIM (Revit, Navisworks)
- Advanced proficiency in CYPE.
- Proficiency in other specific software for structural calculations (STAAD.Pro, etc.).
- Knowledge of QGIS/GvSIG
- Knowledge of HVAC/ventilation calculations.
- Knowledge of indoor and outdoor lighting calculations.
- Knowledge of civil works for electrical substations and associated calculations.

Buscamos un/a ingeniero/a de instalaciones electromecánicas de subestaciones eléctricas AT y MT, que se integrará en el equipo de trabajo de Subestaciones T&D de la Unidad de Generación y Redes de BOSLAN para la realización de actividades como:
- Realización de ingeniería de detalle de las instalaciones electromecánicas de subestaciones eléctricas AT/MT (Plantas, Secciones, Montaje de aparamenta, BOQ, etc..).
- Diseño e implantación de subestaciones eléctricas AT/MT.
- Revisión de ingeniería electromecánica de subestaciones eléctricas AT/MT.
- Redacción y revisión de pliegos y especificaciones técnicas para la compra de equipos principales de subestaciones AT/MT.
- Realización de cálculos de estructuras metálicas de subestaciones eléctricas AT/MT.
- Realización de cálculos de embarrados y conductores AT/MT.
- Realización de cálculos de puesta a tierra (malla de puesta a tierra y tierras aéreas).
- Soporte técnico a cliente en relación con el diseño de instalaciones electromecánicas de subestaciones eléctricas AT/MT.
