What you'll do
As an Intern Human Resources Partner (HRP), you will provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Partners team, collaborating in talent management processes, personnel administration, and employee follow-up.
- Support the HRP team in Human Resources administrative and operational activities.
- Follow up on personnel movements, hires, terminations, and organizational changes.
- Keep employee databases and documentation up to date.
- Provide support in onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Follow up on programs for interns, trainees, and new hires.
- Prepare reports, metrics, and presentations related to Human Resources indicators.
- Coordinate meetings, interviews, and follow-up sessions with leaders and employees.
- Participate in engagement, wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Support the management of agreements and relationships with universities for young talent programs.
- Use corporate tools such as Workday, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Ensure the proper and confidential handling of employee information.
