What we're looking for
Knowledge and experience in the use of generative artificial intelligence and AI tools applied to the workplace is required, in line with Accenture's commitment to the responsible and effective use of AI.
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience working with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (SAP BODS) in data integration or migration projects.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data migration processes in SAP environments.
- Professional experience with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit in migration projects toward SAP S/4HANA.
- Minimum English level B2.
- University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Physics, or other related STEM disciplines, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in technology and data migration projects.
Nice to have
- Professional experience with data integration and transformation techniques and tools.
- Experience working with databases and ETL processes.
- Experience in testing, reconciliation, and data validation within migration processes.

The role
We are looking to hire a Senior SAP Data Migration Consultant specialized in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (SAP BODS) to participate in data migration and transformation projects in SAP environments, with a special focus on SAP S/4HANA.
The person will join technological transformation projects, participating in the design, development, validation, and execution of data migration solutions, using SAP BODS and SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and execute data extraction, transformation, and loading processes using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (SAP BODS) for migration projects in SAP environments.
- Participate in migrations to SAP S/4HANA using SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, including data preparation, transformation, loading, validation, and reconciliation.
- Analyze technical and functional migration requirements and convert them into data integration solutions, performing tests and validations to ensure the quality of loads.
- Provide technical support during migration cycles, testing, cutover, and go-live, collaborating with the different technical and functional teams involved.
- Design data migration and integration solutions based on SAP BODS for SAP environments.
- Analyze structures, sources, and data transformation rules necessary for migrations to SAP S/4HANA.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes in SAP BODS, including extraction from source systems, transformation, cleansing, and loading of information.
- Execute and validate processes using SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit.
- Identify and resolve incidents related to data quality, transformation, consistency, and loading.
- Define and execute migration tests, validations, and information reconciliations before production go-lives.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into migration rules and processes.
- Provide support during the different phases of the project, including testing, migration cycles, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
