We are looking for people at the beginning of their careers who want to specialize in the technology that today manages the talent of the world's largest organizations: SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.

You will join our Ourense center, within a team of consultants specialized in digital Human Resources, and you will learn from day one by working on real projects for large national and international clients. This is not an observer position: you will participate in implementations and support services accompanied by senior consultants who will grant you autonomy as you grow.

What you will do

Participate in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning) and in SAP HCM solutions (PA/OM, Spanish Payroll, Time Management, Employee Portal).
Work hand in hand with the client on-site in People Management tasks.
Support requirement gathering with the client and the parameterization and configuration of modules, under the supervision of the responsible consultant.
Prepare functional documentation: solution designs, configuration matrices, test cases, and user manuals.
Execute unit and integrated tests and provide support during acceptance testing with the client.
Handle incidents and requests in maintenance and evolutionary projects, gaining a practical vision of the day-to-day operations of an HR department.
Collaborate in internal training sessions and prepare for official SAP certifications.
