Previous experience as an SAP SuccessFactors consultant.
Solid knowledge and practical experience in Employee Central.
Functional experience or knowledge in Onboarding and/or Time Management.
Previous participation in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, evolution, or deployment projects.
Ability to perform functional analysis, requirement gathering, and tool parameterization.
High level of English, essential for collaborating with international teams.
Good communication and business stakeholder skills.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in global environments.
Proactive profile, oriented towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.

The role

We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to participate in an international SAP SuccessFactors implementation project, focusing on the Employee Central, Onboarding, and Time Management modules. The selected person will collaborate with business and IT teams to analyze requirements, parameterize the solution, and contribute to the continuous improvement of global Human Resources processes.

What you'll do

Reporting to the area manager, the candidate will be responsible for:

Participating in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and deployment projects.
Working mainly with the Employee Central, Onboarding, and Time Management modules.
Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional solutions within the SuccessFactors platform.
Configuring, parameterizing, and evolving the different modules of the tool.
Collaborating with Human Resources, IT, and international stakeholders.
Participating in process definition, workshops, and requirement gathering.
Providing support during the testing, integration, and go-live phases.
Managing functional incidents and proposing solutions aligned with business needs.
Contributing to the continuous improvement and optimization of global HR processes supported by SuccessFactors.
Working in an international environment with regular communication in English.
