Requirements

What we're looking for

Understanding of technical concepts in the energy sector (consumption, yields, equipment, etc.). Ability to perform energy saving calculations. Knowledge of CAE regulations and the CAE system.
Previous experience in CAE processing or in projects within the energy sector. Methodical, organized, and data-oriented profile. High capacity for organization and priority management. Proactivity in the monitoring and resolution of incidents. Excellent written communication skills. Experience in interacting with public body platforms.

Nice to have

Excel: management of large volumes of data, robustness in the use of queries and macros.Outlook: professional management of mailboxes and corporate communication.SharePoint: use of collaborative platforms and document management.

The role

We are looking to bring on a professional with a technical-administrative profile for the comprehensive management of CAE files. The selected person will play a key role in coordination with clients, documentary and administrative processing, the technical validation of files, as well as in quality assurance and the continuous improvement of processes.

What you'll do

Monitoring the acquisition and management of leads for a project portfolio. Management of communications with clients through corporate mailboxes. Collection, review, and monitoring of documentation associated with each lead. Technical validation of documentation submitted by clients and execution of energy saving calculations using provided calculators. Access to digital platforms and official bodies for the management of procedures. Data administration and preparation of monitoring and control reports.
