We are looking for a professional with more than 3 years of experience in business consulting, oriented towards the development of transformation, operational improvement, and digitalization projects for large companies, especially in the fields of Capital Projects, Real Estate, Engineering and Construction, Infrastructure, and Asset Management.

The profile will participate in the full cycle of consulting projects, from the identification of opportunities and the design of solutions to their implementation, leveraging new technologies and Artificial Intelligence as levers for transformation.

• Participate in the origination and development of commercial proposals, collaborating in the definition of approaches, solutions, and project scopes.
• Analyze and optimize business processes, operating models, and management tools, identifying opportunities for improvement, standardization, and digitalization.
• Collaborate in the definition of operating models, business cases, management methodologies, and transformation roadmaps for investment and asset management projects.
• Participate in project management and coordination, including planning, milestone tracking, KPI definition, reporting, and risk control.
• Identify opportunities for the application of Artificial Intelligence, automation, and digital solutions to improve efficiency and transform business processes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders, participating in workshops, working sessions, and implementation activities.
• Prepare analyses, executive documentation, presentations, and deliverables to facilitate decision-making.

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or similar degrees.
• More than 3 years of experience in strategic or business consulting, with participation in transformation projects.
• Experience or knowledge of Capital Projects and Asset Management, preferably in sectors such as Real Estate, Engineering and Construction, Infrastructure, or Energy.
• Knowledge of project management and reporting, and of the methodologies and tools that support them (PMP, Agile, Power BI, Primavera P6, etc.).
• Familiarity with generative Artificial Intelligence, process automation, and AI applications in business environments, both for internal use and for client solutions.
• Analytical capacity, problem structuring, results orientation, and communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good level of English and the ability to work autonomously in multidisciplinary teams and demanding environments.
