What we're looking for

Languages: Spanish and English.
Office automation: Office and CRM. LinkedIn Sales will be positively valued.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to articulate ideas, and ease of dealing with senior management.
Knowledge in Business Administration, marketing, advertising, social sciences, or similar. Ideally with knowledge in fundraising.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Fundraising Department of a non-profit organization or as a Key Account Manager or Business Development in the private sector.

The Communication and Fundraising Area is responsible for the fundraising and corporate communication that sustain the organization's activities. Within this area, the Partnerships department is responsible for the collection of private income from companies and foundations.

What you'll do

The main activities you will carry out are the following:

Achieve the proposed annual income objective derived from Partnerships with companies/foundations. Carry out a search for new partnerships with companies and foundations to create collaboration channels for fundraising. Participate in the design of the loyalty plan for existing partnerships, ensuring the entire work cycle with the corresponding entity.
Provide the monitoring, support, and reporting required at each moment by the area coordinators, to guarantee the optimal development and measurement of projects and processes linked to ACH partnerships.
Ensure that each new partnership meets all internal and legal requirements. As well as the fulfillment of the agreed-upon considerations by ACH.
Participate alongside the communication department in updating information regarding corporate partnerships in the organization's existing communication channels.
Participate in CSR groups and forums of companies/foundations to establish contacts and promote the Action Against Hunger brand and our contribution to the SDGs.
