Summoning candidates and managing the selection process.
Explanation of working conditions.
Collection and management of documentation
Management of medical examination appointments
Delivery, registration of equipment, and management of welcome documentation (rules, contract, management and delivery of clothing and PPE, Plan Acoge, etc.)
Data management in the Vision platform: City Council identification number, work center, shift, working day, medical examination date, etc.
Other personnel department tasks.
