ACCIONA, in its Construction business line, requires the incorporation of a Technical Office Manager for its workplace in La Gomera.

Mission:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise the activity of the project's Technical Office, ensuring the correct technical development of the project, the control of measurements and costs, and compliance with deadlines, contractual requirements, and established quality standards.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate and supervise the Technical Office team.
  • Review the project, drawings, specifications, and contractual documentation.
  • Prepare and control measurements, certifications, and comparisons.
  • Analyze modifications, deviations, and new work items.
  • Prepare technical studies, proposals, and construction solutions.
  • Carry out the economic and technical monitoring of the project.
  • Manage technical documentation and as-built drawings.
  • Coordinate with Production, Site Management, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Participate in the planning and monitoring of the work.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, or similar.
  • Previous experience as a Technical Office Manager or Technical Office Technician in civil works projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of measurements, certifications, planning, and economic control of works.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Presto, Excel, and planning tools.
  • Organizational, analytical, leadership, and team coordination skills.
  • Experience in works of similar characteristics is valued.
