ACCIONA, within its Construction business line, requires the incorporation of an Administration and Cost Manager for its workplace in Rota.

What you'll do

Design and supervise the economic and financial control procedures of the various companies and joint ventures.

Prepare budgets, annual reviews, and variance analyses.

Manage and control treasury and financial planning.

Supervise compliance with tax and administrative obligations.

Coordinate financial information with partners, project managers, and corporate areas.

Organize and plan the department, properly allocating its resources.

Mission

Lead the administrative, economic, and financial management of the assigned projects and companies, ensuring adequate control of operations, financial planning, and compliance with internal procedures.

Requirements

University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, or similar education.

Consolidated experience in administration, financial control, and economic management of projects or construction works.

Knowledge of different corporate vehicles, especially joint ventures, UTE (Temporary Joint Ventures), and similar structures.

Minimum C1 level of English, essential for regular communication with American partners.

Proficiency in treasury control, budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis tools.

Broad knowledge in tax, accounting, and financial matters.
