Acciona, in its construction business line, requires the recruitment of a Contract Management Technician for an important Data Center project in the province of Zaragoza.
Mission:
Collaborate and support the projects carried out by your business unit/department, in accordance with the guidelines given by your manager, in order to improve both decision-making processes and project execution through your work.
You are responsible for the analysis and interpretation of the contract, paying special attention to clauses and conditions, for better alignment with the company's interests. You perform an intermediary role between the client and the company, resolving any possible conflicts that may arise during the development of the contract. You control contract compliance by both parties.
Functions:
• Preparation of claims for work not included in the Contract, handling both its technical justification and its economic valuation.
• Requesting budget extensions for the Contract with the Client by completing templates provided by them.
• Preparation of monthly work certifications and templates provided by the Client for submission.
• Execution of the Cash Flow and its monthly update, providing reasoning for deviations.
• Justification of the subcontracting of construction works by means of Comparatives and their relationship with the main Contract.
• Execution of the economic closing of the Contracts with the Client by completing templates provided by them.
