ACCIONA, in its Culture and Events business lines, needs to hire a Occupational Risk Prevention Technician for the implementation and monitoring of the corporate prevention strategy.
Supporting the Prevention Department in the implementation and monitoring of the corporate prevention strategy. Technical support to business management in health and safety requirements.
- Support in the control and monitoring of the company's Projects: Implementation of specific Prevention Programs.
- Monitoring of performance in the OHS area. Periodic inspections and internal audits.
- Relations with stakeholders, public administrations, clients, and collaborators.
- Support in preparing preventive documentation: Health and Safety Plans, Risk Assessments, and System documents.
- Support in updating the Management System documentation:
Management Review.
Annual Preventive Activities Planning (monitoring).
Internal Preventive Activities Planning (monitoring).
Monitoring of Non-Conformities monthly (with report).
Communication with the Certification Body (offers, invoices, certified changes,...).
Support in conducting internal audits.
Management of documentation necessary for the audit (PAP, training plan, objectives, monitoring).
Review of legal requirements, when identified and annually before the Audit "Evaluation of compliance".
- Preparation of reports and attached documentation in:
Annual Sustainability Reports.
Annual Report of the Company's Prevention Service and the Joint Prevention Service.
Experience: More than 5 years
Qualification: Engineer / Graduate.
Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention.
Management of Health and Safety in Construction Projects.
Communication at all levels of an organization.
Work with public administrations and private clients.
Willingness to travel to other facilities as required.
Knowledge of Management Systems, particularly ISO 45001.
Knowledge of Office Software.
Advanced level of English.
Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
