What we're looking for

To join us as an animation manager, we need you to:
• Have at least one season of previous experience as an animation manager
• Have an excellent level of Spanish and English. Any other language is always welcome
• Training is valued (but not essential): studies related to tourist animation or tourism
• Be proficient in office tools such as Excel, Word, or PowerPoint.
• Have availability for at least 1 year from your start date

What you'll do

Among your responsibilities as animation manager, there will be:
• Implementing the daytime and nighttime activity program
• Organizing the schedules of the animators (teams of 1-28 animators)
• Reporting information about animation activities to Acttiv
• Following Acttiv's quality policy
• Staying aware of the needs of the animators in your team
• Attending and receiving training provided by the company
• Participating in meetings with other animation managers in your area
• Supervising time registration
• Obtaining positive feedback to improve the establishment's online reputation

That said, you will also have time to have fun and polish your public relations skills: you will participate in shows and interact with guests from all over the world.

How you'll work
