Sector Manager at H10 Ocean Suites & Dreams

H10 Hotels is looking to hire a Bars and Restaurants Sector Manager to work at our hotel H10 Ocean Suites & Dreams, in Fuerteventura.

The tasks to be performed will be:

• To carry out in a qualified manner the control and supervision functions of their area of responsibility and of the tasks to be performed in view of the customer.
• The same as those of a waiter/waitress, and also to take charge of preparing and decorating the dining rooms and restaurant tables.
• Collaborate in receiving, saying goodbye to, seating, and advising customers about menus and drinks.
• To carry out tasks in view of the customer (flambéing, carving, boning, etc.). To inspect items in everyday use.
• Store and control goods and everyday items in the restaurant area.
• Billing and collecting from the customer, as well as balancing and settling the revenue in their section.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions.
• Languages: English is essential. Other languages will be valued.
• Skills: Proactive, customer service, communication, and teamwork.
• Residence in Fuerteventura.

H10 Hotels precisa incorporar a un/a Jefe/a de Sector de Bares y Restaurantes para trabajar en nuestro hotel H10 Ocean Suites & Dreams, en Fuerteventura.

Las funciones que se llevarán a cabo serán:

• Realizar de manera cualificada las funciones de control y supervisión de su sector de responsabilidad y de las tareas a realizar a la vista del cliente.
• Las mismas del camarero/a, y además, ocuparse de preparar y decorar las salas y mesas del restaurante.
• Colaborar en recibir, despedir, ubicar y aconsejar a los clientes sobre los menús y las bebidas.
• Realizar trabajos a la vista del cliente (flambear, cortar, trinchar, desespinar, etcétera). Revisar los objetos de uso corriente.
• Almacenar y controlar las mercancías y objetos de uso corriente en el ámbito del restaurante.
• Facturación y cobro al cliente, así como cuadre y liquidación de la recaudación en su sección.

• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en puestos similares.
• Idiomas: Inglés imprescindible. Se valorarán otros idiomas.
• Competencias: Proactivo, atención al cliente, comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
• Residencia en Fuerteventura.
