Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft environment administration.
Administration and incident resolution in Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022.
Solid knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
Experience with IIS and PowerShell.
Log analysis and advanced troubleshooting capability.
Experience in corporate infrastructure support and coordination with Level 3 technical teams.

Nice to have

Microsoft MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent certifications.
Experience in Microsoft 365.
Knowledge of enterprise backup solutions.
Experience in VMware vSphere virtualized environments.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Salary of €25,000 to €30,000 gross per year, depending on experience and knowledge.
Working day from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 h.

The role

We are looking for a Level 2 Wintel Support Technician with at least 3 years of experience in Microsoft environment administration to provide specialized support to corporate infrastructures and resolve advanced-level technical incidents.

The selected person will join an advanced support team, collaborating on the maintenance, administration, and resolution of infrastructure incidents.

What you'll do

Administration and incident resolution on Windows Server servers.
Management of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and other Microsoft infrastructure services.
Support and maintenance of VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
Log analysis, problem diagnosis, and resolution of complex incidents.
Coordination with manufacturers and Level 3 teams for incident resolution.
Monitoring and preventive maintenance of the infrastructure.
Participation in an N2/N3 Wintel advanced support team.
