Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration and Management, or related studies.
Basic knowledge of the A3 program or previous experience working with labor management tools.
High level of Catalan, both oral and written.

Nice to have

We will also value candidates with a Higher Degree (CFGS) in Administration and Finance, Administrative Management, or similar training.
Previous experience in accounting administration is valued.

The role

Are you passionate about the world of accounting and looking for an opportunity to continue developing your professional career? At Adecco, we are selecting an Accounting Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic team where you will be able to take on key responsibilities within the financial and accounting area.

What you'll do

Registration and accounting of issued and received invoices.
Accounting of bank movements, collections, and payments.
Management of cash operations, credit cards, and other financial movements.
Performing bank reconciliations and verifying accounting balances.
Review, classification, and filing of accounting documentation.
Maintenance and updating of the accounting for assigned companies and freelancers.
Detection and correction of possible accounting incidents or errors.
Review of accounting accounts and monitoring of outstanding balances.
Performing accruals, depreciation, and provisions.
Preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and accounting reports.
Collaboration in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings.
Preparation of the information necessary for the preparation of annual accounts.
Support in the preparation and presentation of annual accounts at the Mercantile Registry when applicable.

How you'll work

Morning and afternoon split shift from 08:00 to 14:00h and 15:30 to 18:00h. Fridays: 08:00 to 15:00h.
