The role

Would you like to develop professionally within the administrative field? If you have experience in administrative tasks and are interested in growing in a dynamic environment, this could be your opportunity. We are looking for a person to help ensure the proper management of billing processes, orders, and documentation.

What you'll do

Functions:

Order management and tracking.
Preparation and updating of billing annexes.
Follow-up and collection of pending payments.
Management of registrations and cancellations for billing purposes.
Management and monitoring of administrative documentation.

What are we looking for?

Training in Administration, Administrative Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in administrative functions.
It is essential to have graduated no more than 5 years ago.
Proficiency in office software tools.
Basic knowledge of SAP.
Organisational skills and attention to detail.
