Requirements

What we're looking for

Previous experience in team management, having had at least 4 people in charge.
Experience in logistics environments.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
Experience in order and delivery note management.
Regular use of a PDA.
Schedule availability.
Organizational capacity, leadership, and results orientation.

Valid forklift license or certificate

Experience handling bulky loads

Own vehicle (workplace located in Rábade)

Availability for immediate start

Manual dexterity, tidiness, and attention to detail

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice to have

Knowledge and experience in SAP.
Valid forklift license.
Experience in the improvement and optimization of logistics processes.

The role

At Adecco Outsourcing, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant - Team Leader to join an important logistics environment in Rábade.

The selected person will combine administrative and operational coordination functions, being responsible for team management, monitoring daily activity, and the correct functioning of logistics processes.

What you'll do

Coordination and supervision of work teams.
Order management and tracking.
Control and management of delivery notes.
Use of PDA for operational and control tasks.
Administrative management linked to logistics activity.
Monitoring of operational indicators and resolution of incidents.
Organization of tasks and distribution of workloads among the team.
