Patient Care Advisor (with French)

Important business group in the healthcare sector, with specialized clinics in Assisted Reproduction, seeks to incorporate a professional for its Contact Center in Valencia (Campanar area), focused on the French market.

Main duties

• Care for patients interested in the services (French market).
• Lead follow-up and opportunity management.
• Resolving questions and issues.
• Personalized guidance and support throughout the process.
• Closing opportunities with a consultative approach.
• Organizing and managing the medical team's schedule for case evaluations.

Experience in a Contact Center or as a call center agent.

Native or C1 level of French (essential) and fluent Spanish.

Excellent telephone communication skills and empathy.

Experience managing a high volume of calls (40–50 per day).

Resourceful, organized, and customer-oriented profile.

Commercial skills (no aggressive selling).

Experience in care protocols and schedule management is a plus.

What do we offer?

Salary:

o €21,500 gross per year

o 15 payments (extras in March, June, and December)

From month 6 onwards: variable by objectives.

Rotating schedule from Monday to Friday:

o Week 1: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

o Week 2: 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Occasional weekend on-call shifts.

Permanent contract with the end company.

Funciones principales

• Atención a pacientes interesados en los servicios (mercado francés).
• Seguimiento de leads y gestión de oportunidades.
• Resolución de dudas e incidencias.
• Asesoramiento personalizado y acompañamiento durante el proceso.
• Cierre de oportunidades con enfoque consultivo.
• Organización y gestión de agenda del equipo médico para evaluaciones de casos.

Experiencia en Contact Center o como teleoperador/a.

Nivel de francés nativo o C1 (imprescindible) y castellano fluido.

Excelente capacidad de comunicación telefónica y empatía.

Experiencia gestionando alto volumen de llamadas (4050 diarias).

Perfil resolutivo, organizado y orientado a cliente.

Habilidades comerciales (no venta agresiva).

Valorable experiencia en protocolos de atención y gestión de agendas.

Salario:

o 21.500 € brutos anuales

o 15 pagas (extras en marzo, junio y diciembre)

A partir de los 6 meses: variable por objetivos.

Horario rotativo de lunes a viernes:

o Semana 1: 09:00 a 17:00

o Semana 2: 12:00 a 20:00

Guardias puntuales en fin de semana.

Contrato indefinido con empresa final.
