Night Farm Maintenance Assistant

An important company in the agricultural sector is looking to hire a Farm Maintenance Assistant for the night shift for its center in Níjar.

Functions:

- Preventive and corrective maintenance of greenhouse facilities.

- Supervision and basic repair of machinery (pallet jacks, forklifts, scaffolding, and collection carts).

- Cleaning of common areas (bathrooms, offices, dining room, and hallways).

- Removal of agricultural waste containers.

- Carrying out small general repairs.

- Inspection of facilities during the night shift to detect incidents.

- Support for the team to ensure the correct functioning of the farm.

- Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Previous experience in maintenance and cleaning, valued in an agricultural environment.

Basic mechanical knowledge.

IMPORTANT: Forklift license and experience in its operation.

Driving license B.

Availability to work the night shift.

Residency in an area close to Níjar.

Organized, proactive person with initiative.

Knowledge of greenhouses, machinery, or electricity is valued.

Permanent seasonal contract with long-term projection.

Competitive remuneration according to the position.

Full-time in night shift (18:00 to 06:00 according to roster).

Immediate start.

Importante empresa del sector agrícola busca incorporar un/a Auxiliar de Mantenimiento de Finca en horario nocturno para su centro en Níjar.

Funciones:

- Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de instalaciones de invernadero.

- Supervisión y reparación básica de maquinaria (transpaletas, carretillas, andamios y carros de recolección).

- Limpieza de zonas comunes (baños, oficinas, comedor y pasillos).

- Retirada de contenedores de residuos agrícolas.

- Realización de pequeñas reparaciones generales.

- Inspección de instalaciones durante el turno nocturno para detectar incidencias.

- Apoyo al equipo para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de la finca.

- Cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y salud laboral.

Experiencia previa en mantenimiento y limpieza, valorable en entorno agrícola.

Conocimientos básicos de mecánica.

IMPORTANTE: Carné de carretilla elevadora y experiencia en su manejo.

Permiso de conducir B.

Disponibilidad para trabajar en turno nocturno.

Residencia en zona cercana a Níjar.

Persona organizada, resolutiva y con iniciativa.

Son valorables los conocimientos en invernaderos, maquinaria o electricidad.

Contrato fijo-discontinuo con proyección a largo plazo.

Retribución competitiva acorde al puesto.

Jornada completa en turno nocturno (18:00 a 06:00 según cuadrante).
