PreZero España, a leading company in environmental services, waste treatment, and circular economy, is looking to add a Night Shift Foreman to its team for the Mancomunidad Ribera Alta work center, in Alzira (Valencia).

As part of the team, your main mission will be to organize the door-to-door collection shift and guarantee the correct functioning of the service during the night shift. You will have a fundamental role in staff coordination, resource planning, and the management of any incidents that may arise, contributing to offering an efficient and high-quality service.

Responsibilities include:

- Coordinate and supervise the shift's operational team, consisting of approximately 20 people.

- Organize and distribute daily tasks to ensure the correct development of the door-to-door collection service.

- Plan work rosters and prepare staff schedules.

- Manage vacations, leaves, and the team's coverage needs.

- Process and control overtime worked by the staff under your charge.

- Resolve incidents that arise during the provision of the night service.

- Maintain fluid communication with the team and with service managers to guarantee the continuity of the operation.

- Ensure compliance with established procedures, as well as safety and quality standards.

The work is carried out in person and is aimed at people with organizational, leadership, and incident resolution skills, who enjoy working in a team and facing new operational challenges. The schedule is nocturnal, so you will play a key role in coordinating an essential service for the community and the care of the environment.

-A Higher Degree in Mechatronics will be valued.

-Complementary training: Team management and organization. It will be positively valued

to hold a truck license and CAP.

-Staff coordination and notions of truck repair.

-Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership and team management.

-Dynamic, organized, responsible person with the capacity for problem-solving under pressure.

-A driver's license and own vehicle are essential.
