What you'll do

Main duties:

- Guarantee service in the management of the workers provided, complying with the established quality parameters and objectives.

- Carry out the full coverage of selection processes: recruitment, individual interviews, group dynamics, and final selection.

- Manage the onboarding and training of newly hired workers to ensure their correct adaptation and motivation.

- Collect the necessary documentation to carry out the hiring process.

- Maintain a close relationship with the client, collaborating with managers from different departments to understand their needs and anticipate staffing demand.

- Detect areas for improvement in the service and propose initiatives with autonomy.

How you'll work

- Schedule: Rotating on-call shifts will be carried out from Monday to Sunday (paid separately), with flexibility to work hours when high peaks of work arise from our clients.
