What you'll do

Guarantee compliance with labor regulations and legal requirements within the framework of audits, inspections, and circular migration programs, contributing to the company's labor sustainability. Act as a link between the administration, workers, and authorities, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and responsibility in all labor processes. 

  • Reporting of registrations/terminations in Social Security and hiring in Contrat@, as well as the preparation of contracts and clauses.
  • Register and keep labor data updated in internal platforms (ERP, databases, payroll systems, etc.).
  • Processing payroll in different regimes and systems (general regime, special agricultural system), as well as checking payment receipts from other sites and communicating with external consultancies/management firms.
  • Social Security contributions, reporting of working days, CRA files, etc.
  • Communication with the TGSS through Siltra, the ITSS, etc.
  • IRPF (Income Tax) regularizations and monitoring of workers' tax matters.
  • Support in the planning of temporary hiring campaigns (circular migration, production peaks, etc.).
  • Coordinate with other departments the correct management of staff arrivals and departures.
  • Handle staff inquiries regarding documentation, contractual status, or basic labor aspects.
  • Internal compliance audits.
  • Participate in audits regarding the preparation of documentation or indicators (EINF, ESG, GLOBAL GAP, SMETA, etc.)
  • KPI control and report generation to create improvement action plans.
  • Collaborate actively in the management of the company's disciplinary regime.
  • Support the Integrated Quality Management System of their area, collaborating with the Quality Department or any other area in all those aspects related to internal or external audits that the Surexport Group assumes and/or marks as necessary standards or requirements.
  • Support the mission, vision, and values of the company. 
  • Compliance with and support for the Quality, Environment, Health and Safety, and Corporate Social Responsibility Policies, the Corporate Compliance System, the Policies and accrediting certifications related to Information Security, and the Objectives established by the Organization within their scope of responsibility, ensuring compliance with the guidelines derived from them. 

What we're looking for

·       University studies related to HR / Labor Law

·       B2 level English

· Knowledge of labor law (international experience and knowledge of regulations from other countries outside of Spain will be highly valued).

·       Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR departments performing similar functions; during the selection process, technical labor knowledge tests and/or language level tests may be conducted.

Nice to have

·       Knowledge of SAP is desirable
