What you'll do

Your main duties will be:

Personnel Management. Coordination with the payroll department.

Control of absenteeism as well as labor permits and staff vacations. Collaborate in the proper selection of personnel. Collaborate in the coordination and implementation of training plans within the company.

Labor advisory to department heads.

Application and interpretation of the Collective Agreement, as well as labor regulations.

Collaboration in the coordination and application of the planning and policies of Occupational Risk Prevention and other obligations regarding occupational health and safety in the company.

Collaboration in communications and negotiations. Assistance and preparation of documentation for Trials, Labor Conciliations, and Labor Inspections.

Control of personnel budgets, with their corresponding monthly reports.
