A prestigious company located in Tejeda, Las Palmas, is looking to bring a professional with experience in the art of ham carving into their team. The position will be carried out in person and will have a rotating schedule, allowing for a dynamic and enriching experience in a work environment committed to excellence.

The selected person will be responsible for making precise, high-quality cuts, ensuring an impeccable presentation and a service that meets the most demanding standards in the industry. Additionally, the ability to interact with customers and share knowledge about the products offered will be valued, thus contributing to a unique gastronomic experience.

Functions:

Responsibilities include

• Perform professional ham carving, ensuring the highest quality and presentation of the product.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of the ham, respecting food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Advise customers on the different types of ham and their characteristics, promoting a personalized experience.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain an orderly and efficient work environment.
• Participate in the organization and setup of events or tastings, when necessary.
• Supervise and maintain cutting tools in good condition, ensuring their proper operation.

To be considered, it is essential to:

Have previous experience in ham carving and solid knowledge of the product.

Possess manual and precise skills in the use of knives and other cutting tools.

Hold a valid B1 driver's license and have your own vehicle for commuting to the workplace.

Show schedule flexibility to accommodate a rotating shift.

Demonstrate customer orientation, communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Reside in the province of Las Palmas or be willing to commute to Tejeda.
