What we're looking for

Requisitos mínimos

· Degree in Geology.

· Master's in Geological or Geotechnical Engineering, or Master's in Tunnels and Underground Works.

· At least 7 years of experience in the control and monitoring of tunnels and embankments.

· Valid driver's license.

· Availability for travel within the Basque Autonomous Community.

Nice to have

Valuable conditions

· Having experience in the construction sector and/or providing technical assistance in geology and geotechnics projects.

· Knowledge and experience in BIM methodology.

· Knowledge and experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

· Knowledge of Basque and English.

The role

Adecco is looking to hire a geologist with experience working with a Public Administration entity. They will participate in geology and geotechnics projects and provide technical assistance to several areas of the entity. We are looking for a person with initiative to solve problems, analytical skills, and orientation.

What you'll do

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Overseeing and coordinating geological and geotechnical works in studies and projects.

- Managing activities related to tunnels and embankments.

- Carrying out technical monitoring of the geotechnical behavior of the ground during works.

- Providing technical assistance in solving geotechnical problems.

- Preparing technical reports and proposals.

- Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders involved in projects.
