From Adecco Selección, we are looking for a Quality Inspector to join a leading company in its sector, with the aim of ensuring the conformity of materials, components, and manufactured products.

What will your mission be? Ensure the quality of materials, components, subassemblies, and manufactured products by carrying out inspections, verifications, and quality controls, contributing to the reduction of defects and incidents and ensuring compliance with established standards.

Main duties:

  • Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of materials, components, and products.
  • Verify compliance with technical specifications, drawings, procedures, and manufacturing instructions.
  • Carry out quality controls upon receipt and during the production process.
  • Identify defects, deviations, or non-compliance with established standards.
  • Validate the conformity of welded joints and other special processes when necessary.
  • Detect, document, and report internal and external non-conformities.
  • Manage the identification and segregation of non-conforming material.
  • Prepare inspection reports and quality records.
  • Keep documentation and quality records associated with the inspections performed up to date.
  • Collaborate in the monitoring and analysis of supplier-related incidents.
  • Collaborate with the Production, Engineering, and Quality departments.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Quality positions within industrial environments.
  • Engineering or vocational training (FPII) in: Production Programming in Mechanical Manufacturing, Automation, Industrial Robotics, or similar.
  • Proficiency in measuring equipment and tools.

Knowledge of calibration and dimensional control.

Interpretation of drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

  • Minimum English level B2.
  • Attention to detail and ability to detect non-conformities.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and reports.
