You will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and supervision of all activities related to the company's traffic and logistics. Your main objective will be to ensure maximum efficiency in route management, fleet control, and resource optimization, ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines and current regulations.

• Route Planning and Management: Design, optimize, and execute efficient transportation routes, considering factors such as costs, delivery times, traffic, and geographical restrictions, to minimize operating expenses and maximize punctuality.
• Fleet Control and Maintenance: Supervise the operational and maintenance status of the vehicle fleet. Ensure that all vehicles meet the highest standards of safety, preventive and corrective maintenance, and applicable transportation regulations to guarantee their operability and longevity.
• Coordination and Communication: Act as the central point of communication between clients, suppliers, drivers, warehouse staff, and other internal departments. Proactively manage incidents, offering quick and effective solutions.
• Resource Management: Manage and optimize the allocation of human resources (drivers, support staff) and material resources (vehicles, equipment) to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency in daily operations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with all local, national, and international laws, regulations, and standards related to transportation and road safety.
• Data Analysis and Performance Indicators: Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement, propose corrective actions, and implement strategies for continuous business optimization.
• Incident Management: Anticipate, manage, and efficiently resolve any incident or unforeseen event that arises during transportation operations, minimizing its impact on delivery deadlines and costs.
• Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement initiatives for process improvement, the adoption of new technologies, and the optimization of logistics operations.
• Team Supervision: Lead, motivate, and supervise the traffic team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in a similar position such as Traffic Manager, Logistics Coordinator, or roles in fleet and route management.
• Education: Academic background in [Mention relevant areas, e.g., Logistics, Transportation, Engineering, Business Administration] or equivalent professional experience.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Solid knowledge of routes, geography, and transportation regulations.
• Experience using fleet management software (TMS), route planning systems, and GPS tracking tools.
