Production and Packaging Operator

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

Have previous experience in production, especially in handling hand tools (valuable).

Possess attention to detail, manual dexterity, agility, and speed.

Have experience operating manual or electric pallet jacks (valuable).

Hold a type B driver's license and have your own vehicle to get to the workplace.

Be available to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts.

Show a proactive attitude, responsibility, and a willingness to learn.

Be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Full-time 40h schedule from Monday to Friday, with the occasional possibility of working overtime on some Saturdays.

- Current schedule of 06:00 to 14:30 or 11:30 to 20:00, but work will usually be carried out in rotating morning (06:00 to 14:00) and afternoon (14:00 to 22:00) shifts.

- Monthly contracts extendable month by month with the possibility of joining the company after 4 months with Adecco.

- Competitive salary of 13.19€/h.

We are currently looking to bring on Production Operators for a company dedicated to animal feed production located in La Pobla de Vallbona, Valencia.

As a production operator, you will play a key role in the production process. The activities you will carry out include tasks such as feeding the production line, preparing raw materials, packaging products, sealing boxes, and checking that containers are in optimal condition, among others. You will also have the opportunity to recondition products when necessary.

Load raw materials into mixing or cooking equipment.

Prepare raw materials and weigh ingredients, according to formulas and manufacturing orders.

Package products, ensuring quality standards are met.

Label and seal boxes accurately and quickly.

Place completed boxes on pallets in an organized and efficient manner.

Check the condition of containers to ensure they are in perfect state.

Recondition products when necessary.

Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets.

Handle hand tools, line machinery, packaging machines, and labeling machines.
