Multipurpose Industrial Worker

We are looking for resilient, consistent people who are accustomed to repetitive manual work in an industrial environment.

What does the job involve?

You will join an industrial production environment, performing continuous manual work in the manufacturing of large-capacity industrial containers (1,000 liters).

The role requires:

Standing for the entire shift

Constant use of arms, hands, and physical strength

Demanding and repetitive work pace

Handling metal parts and structures

Main duties:

Manual assembly of metal structures

Daily use of manual tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.)

Physical handling of industrial parts

Repeating tasks throughout the entire shift

Visual inspection and basic quality checks

Immediate start.

Initial 1-month contract with Adecco, with monthly renewals and the possibility of joining the client company.

Intensive rotating shifts, Monday to Friday: Mornings and Afternoons.

Salary: €15.48 gross per hour

Location: in one of the industrial parks of Tarragona

People accustomed to demanding physical work

Full availability for rotating shifts

Responsible and consistent people.

Must have their own vehicle to get to the workplace.

¿Qué tipo de trabajo es?

Te incorporarás a un entorno de producción industrial, realizando trabajo manual continuo en la fabricación de envases industriales de gran capacidad (1.000 litros).

El puesto exige:

Estar de pie toda la jornada

Uso constante de brazos, manos y fuerza físico/a

Ritmo de trabajo exigente y repetitivo

Manipulación de piezas y estructuras metálicas

Funciones principales:

Montaje manual de estructuras metálicas

Uso diario de herramientas manuales (atornilladores, llaves, etc.)

Manipulación físico/a de piezas industriales

Repetición de tareas durante toda la jornada

Control visual y verificación básica de calidad

Incorporación inmediata.

Contrato inicial de 1 mes, con Adecco, renovaciones mensuales, con posibilidad de incorporación a empresa usuaria.

Turnos rotativos intensivos, de lunes a viernes: Mañana y Tarde.

Salario: 15,48 €/hora bruto

Ubicación: en uno de los Polígonos de Tarragona

Personas acostumbradas a trabajos físicos/as exigentes

Experiencia previa en:

Producción industrial

Montaje

Fábrica

Almacén

Disponibilidad total para turnos rotativos

Personas responsables y constantes.

Disponer de vehículo propio para llegar al centro de trabajo.
