The role

We are looking for an Insurance and Risk Management Technician. The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing and managing the risks associated with the company's construction projects, ensuring the proper procurement of policies, compliance with insurance obligations, and adequate claims management.

What you'll do

Evaluate risks associated with construction projects and works.
Analyze technical documentation, budgets, and project characteristics to identify insurance needs.
Manage the procurement and renewal of policies, especially Construction All Risk and Civil Liability.
Negotiate coverage and conditions with insurers and brokers.
Oversee compliance with insurance requirements by subcontractors and suppliers.
Manage and monitor comprehensive claims, coordinating relationships with insurers, adjusters, and internal departments.
Review coverages and propose improvements to ensure adequate protection for the company.
Provide internal advisory on insurance and construction risks.
Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations related to insurance programs.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

University degree, preferably in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction, or related disciplines.
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in insurance management within the construction sector or in positions related to risk management.
Knowledge of construction insurance, civil liability, and claims management.
Ability to analyze technical risks and propose insurance solutions.
C1 level of English, essential for managing and reviewing technical and contractual documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
