The role

Are you passionate about the retail sector and team management?Leading international retail chain, we are looking to hire a Shift Leader Plus for our Jaén store, a key position to support the daily management of the establishment, lead teams, and contribute to the growth of the business.

What you'll do

What will your duties be? - Supporting the daily operational management of the store.

Coordinate and supervise the team during the different work shifts.
Guarantee excellent customer service.
Ensure the correct functioning of store processes.
Monitor commercial objectives and contribute to their achievement.
Participate in product implementation, replenishment, and maintenance of the commercial image.
Manage incidents and support the organization of the establishment's resources.
Collaborate actively with store management in optimizing results and motivating the team.

How you'll work

Store business hours: from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
