What you'll do
As our Supervisor, your mission will consist of being the link between the consumer and the brand, providing the highest level of service and conveying inspiration to the customer by sharing the brand story. Some of the functions are: using exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales; managing more complex transactions or customer service situations; providing expertise in one or more areas or functions (shipping and receiving, cash register tasks and customer service, etc.); seeking continuous training and education to keep developing your expertise; helping managers carry out formal onboarding and training programs for employees; collaborating in loss prevention through proactive customer service; helping to coordinate the work of other team members; store opening and closing responsibilities.
