• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring the correct execution of tasks.
• Size the team necessary for delivery routes and manage their daily planning.
• Guarantee order traceability when receiving delivery drivers.
• Actively participate in operational tasks such as picking, loading and unloading, parcel sorting, and facility maintenance.
• Perform daily monitoring of delivery routes, managing incidents and claims with speed and efficiency.
• Ensure the order, cleanliness, and maintenance of the warehouse, ensuring a safe and functional environment.
• Prepare daily reports for the shift manager regarding operations and objectives achieved.
