The role

Adecco Selección is collaborating with MOBIS, a new and ambitious company in the automotive sector specializing in the assembly of batteries for electric vehicles.

We are currently looking to hire a Production Supervisor to be part of this exciting project from its beginnings.

What you'll do

Coordinate production lines and guarantee compliance with KPIs (safety, quality, cost).

Prepare reports on performance, incidents, and improvements.

Lead continuous improvement processes (Lean: 5S, VSM, SMED).

Plan and supervise optimization projects.

Train and develop the team.

Guarantee production objectives and quality and safety standards.
