At Adecco, we are looking for Logistics Supervisors to coordinate delivery operations at congresses, fairs, and events. If you are an organized, resourceful person with the ability to manage teams, we want to meet you!

What you'll do

Responsibilities include,

Organization of logistics operations for product delivery at congresses and fairs.

Supervision of personnel in logistics operations.

Placing orders with the internal warehouse, ensuring the availability of necessary products.

Stock supervision and ensuring adequate inventory.

Management of communication with suppliers to coordinate deliveries and services.

Effective resolution of logistics and operational incidents.

Maintenance of direct communication with company managers and supervisors to report progress and needs.

Collaboration in the strategic planning of logistics operations.

Guaranteeing compliance with safety and quality regulations in operations.

How you'll work

Important: Contracts will be made based on event availability, so we are looking for people with schedule flexibility and availability to join different projects throughout the year.
