Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Technical Engineering, or equivalent training related to the sector.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical-commercial positions within the agricultural sector.

Previous experience in companies related to

Biostimulants.

Special fertilizers.

Plant nutrition.

Seed companies.

Technical knowledge of crops and agronomic management.

Ability to identify client needs and provide value-added solutions.

Profile oriented towards business development and goal achievement.

English level is a plus.

Availability for travel associated with commercial activity.

The following will be especially valued

Commercial experience in competing companies within the sector.

Consolidated network of contacts in the Almería area.

Knowledge of the intensive agricultural market in the province.

The role

An important company in the agricultural sector, in the midst of a growth and expansion process, is looking to incorporate an Agricultural Commercial Technician to strengthen and develop commercial activity in the province of Almería.

The selected person will be part of a strategic project linked to business development in the field of biostimulants, special fertilizers, and plant nutrition, working directly with farmers, distributors, and sector clients.

What you'll do

Development and management of the client portfolio in the province of Almería.
Marketing of plant nutrition solutions, including:
- Biostimulants.
- Liquid NPK fertilizers.
- Solid fertilizers.
Technical and commercial advisory services to clients.
Identification of new business opportunities and market expansion.
Client follow-up and loyalty building.
Preparation of commercial reports and monitoring of results.
