At Adecco, we have a Training Technician project in Murcia for an important client in the food sector and we want to complete the team.

What you'll do

As a Training Technician, you will be in charge of the administrative management of our client's annual training plan. To this end, you will carry out the following tasks:

-Manage the planning, organization, and monitoring of training, coordinating providers, enrollments, and evidence, to ensure the quality and traceability of the actions.

-Schedule training actions with department managers.

-Convene attendees and manage changes in the Training Plan.

-Register information in the management tools.

-Control attendance, documentation, certificates, and traceability.

-Coordinate with internal and external training providers.

-Compliance with KPIs and SLAs.

-Activity reporting and detection.

-Registration, monitoring, and closing of courses on the FUNDAE platform: Manage and optimize the training credit bonus, registering and justifying actions in the FUNDAE application, ensuring regulatory compliance and maximum utilization of the credit.

-Documentary control: Monitoring of supporting documents, certificates, evaluation questionnaires, and other necessary documents.

-Management of available credit: Administration and forecasting of the use of subsidized training credits.

-Internal advisory on regulations and procedures.

-Support in audits.
