We are looking to hire a Training and Development Technician for our central offices located in Puerto de Alcudia, within the Human Resources and Talent area.

What will your mission be?

Contribute to the professional development, recognition, and commitment of the people at Zafiro Hotels, by participating in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of Training, Development, and Talent initiatives, favoring the growth of internal talent and promoting a culture oriented toward learning, development, and recognition.

What will your main responsibilities be?

Recognition and Talent Events

• Identify and analyze the training needs of the organization, preparing and monitoring the Annual Training Plan.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external training actions, monitoring their execution and results.
• Manage training subsidies through FUNDAE and all associated documentation.
• Monitor the main training indicators and metrics.
• Administer the management, maintenance, and evolution of the LMS platform and other learning tools.
• Participate in performance evaluation and professional development processes.
• Collaborate in the identification of talent and potential within the organization.
• Participate in the design, implementation, and monitoring of development, career, and internal promotion plans.
• Support competency and leadership development programs.
• Collaborate in onboarding initiatives and the welcoming of new hires.
• Participate actively in the organization, coordination, and execution of Zafiro Talento initiatives and events.
• Coordinate and energize recognition programs, including quarterly recognitions.
• Participate in the organization and development of internal professional contests, such as Culinary Art, mixology contests, bed making, and other initiatives aimed at adding value to the skills and talent of our teams.
• Coordinate with hotels, department heads, and HR teams to favor participation and the correct development of these initiatives.
• Propose new actions that drive recognition, participation, and the development of internal talent.

Education and experience

• University education in Psychology, Pedagogy, Labor Relations, Human Resources or similar.
• Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in Training, Development, Talent, or related positions.
• Experience in managing training plans and knowledge of FUNDAE.
• Proficiency in HR tools, LMS platforms, and Microsoft Office.

We will especially value

• Experience in performance evaluation, talent development, career plans, onboarding, or internal promotion.
• Previous experience in the hotel sector or in organizations with decentralized operational structures and multiple workplaces.
